Wednesday, September 28th: 7:00am - 5:30pm

Confirmation: A Confirmation email or letter will be sent to you upon receipt of your registration form.

Cancellation Policy: Request for cancellation must be made in writing and received by the Event Department no later than August 26, 2011 to qualify for a refund. A $75 processing fee will be applied. Please forward your cancellation letter to VSCAC Conference 2011, c/o CRI, 2020 Randol Mill Rd., Ste. 307, Arlington, TX 76011. No refunds will be granted after August 26, 2011. There will be a $50 charge for any name changes or transferring of badges.

Photo and Image Release: By attending the VSCAC Conference, you hereby grant Bobit Business Media, its representatives, and employees the right to take photographs and multimedia of you and your property in relation to the VSCAC Conference. You also authorize the VSCAC Conference to use such images with or without your name, and for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to publicity, illustration, print advertising and Web content.
